Value of professional networking
Making inroads into the private sector can be daunting for our military community, especially the notoriously exclusionary Tech and Software businesses. However, Northwest Veterans in Technology believes we can overcome this challenge through the strengths of professional networking, and we have built a pedigree removing barriers by directly connecting community members to hiring managers and businesses. A significant part of our success is building atop our community’s attitudes and military culture. Our network has identified individuals and employers who are enthusiastic about bringing our strengths to their organization.
